Terms of Service

These terms apply to the eSports AI Coach service and website and the Garden Variety Gamer website, run by Garden Variety Gamer ("we", "us"). By sending us a match or buying a report you agree to them. Contact: support@moonlitronin.com.
1. The service
You send us screenshots of the full-time statistics screen of a football video game match you played. We send back a written report: a grade, the numbers your screenshot shows, and suggestions to try. Reports are produced with AI assistance and checked by a person, usually within 48 hours. The service is for entertainment and self-improvement; it is not professional coaching or training.
2. Who can use it
You must be 13 or older, and have a parent's or guardian's permission if you are under 18. You may only send matches you played yourself (or have the player's permission to send).
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to store and analyse it only to make and deliver your report and to keep your report history. We will not publish your screenshots or report, or use your name, without asking you first. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
4. No guarantees
We report what your numbers show and suggest what to try next. We do not promise any result, ranking, rating or win. The report can only be as good as the screenshot: unreadable or missing numbers are marked "not reported", never guessed. The service is provided "as is".
5. Prices and payment
The first report for each of the first 50 players is free. Paid reports, when offered, are priced on the pricing page and paid through WHOP. See the refund policy.
6. Fair use
Do not send anything that is not a game statistics screen, anything unlawful or anyone else's personal data, and do not try to overload, scrape or break the service. We may refuse or stop service to anyone who does.
7. Games and trademarks
We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. or KONAMI. EA SPORTS FC and eFootball are trademarks of their owners and are named only to describe which games the service reads. See the disclaimer.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. YouTube
Our YouTube channel and its publishing tool use YouTube API Services; using YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Reports already bought are delivered under the terms that applied when you bought them.
