Refund Policy

Paid products are sold through WHOP as one-time purchases: Match Combo (highlights reel + report) $4.99, 5 Match Reports $9.99, 5 Highlights Reels $9.99, Growth Mentoring (20 matches) $19.99, and the earlier Single report $4.99 and Habit Check $12.99. These rules apply to them.

Situation	What happens
Your report is not sent within 48 hours of your upload	Full refund on request, and you still get the report
Your screenshot cannot be read	We ask for a better one; if you would rather not, full refund
A number in your report is wrong	We correct the report; if we cannot, full refund
A pack (Habit Check, 5 reports, 5 reels, 20 reports) not fully used	Refund for the unused matches within 60 days of purchase
Your match video link cannot be opened, or the recording has no goals or stats screen	We ask for a working link; if you would rather not, refund for that match
Subscriptions (when offered)	Cancel any time in WHOP; you keep access until the end of the paid period

How to ask

Email support@moonlitronin.com with the email you used and your report reference (it starts with GVG-). Refunds go back through WHOP to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days. This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.
